2011, rear vents do not blow

the blower fires up but nothing comes from the vents. Any common causes?

The overhead vents should be cold air only, like when running AC.

Not sure what part of TX you are in, but we are mostly running heat so far this month, which is via the floor ducts. This is by design and not user controllable.

You could be having a problem, or the system could be working 100% correctly. There are two failure prone actuators in the rear HVAC, below the passenger side rear window. Tell-Tell sign of them having issues is a constant clicking noise. A slight tap every 1-2 seconds or so.

Yeah it’s 24 out right now...I assumed it would have worked like our ‘05, i didn’t think to check the floor.
