2016 Expedition EL XLT Sync Upgrade 4" to 8" and Bezel swap rear AC controls

Curious what happens with rear AC control if do a sync upgrade and go with a automatic climate control front Bezel and module and vehicle has rear manual controls. I see this question being asked twice with no response so far.
