9.00r16 Michelin Xzls help

I bought these tires, shop said they wouldn’t fit due to the bead being too big, if they’re for 16” wheels why wouldn’t they fit? I know they’re off military vehicles but I’ve seen them mounted on passenger vehicles and pickups, I have the stock wheels 16x7, can someone help clear up my confusion, thanks, pics attached

Tire shop "They won't fit"= Tire shop didn't want to mess with them! Find an agriculture shop or a good small tire dealer! No chain or bigger tire store is gonna touch this.
