Can’t get door open 2003 Expedition

Need help, so I took all four of the door panels off in order to access the “door ajar” switches to free them up so that they work properly. But I screwed something up and the passenger rear door will not open at all. Not from inside or outside. I was able to remove the interior door panel even though the door was shut. I can get my hands all over the linkage and such on the door latch mechanism, but I still can’t get it to open up. Am I screwed? Any ideas?

Do you hear the door lock cycling on that door when you hit the key FOB ? Do you have the child lock protection engaged? The child lock switch should be down to allow regular lock/unlock cycling. If the door is closed, it's just on the outside of the weatherstrip above the latch.
