Cruse control not working

Cruse control will not work. Will not show on dashboard at all. I have replaced switch under the dash and the control on steering wheel. Any pointer on other to thing to check?

There are several places to troubleshoot the cruise. I did a deep dive, meticulously troubleshot, and got mine working. It was about a year ago, but all the information I found on this forum.

Have you conducted the cruise control self-diagnostic test? The procedure is in the maintenance manual, and also found on this forum. That will tell you where to start looking.

Other things to test:

-Tail light bulbs (including all in the third brake light)
-The buttons themselves - they get dirty over the decades, and there is a sticky on the procedure to clean them

Those are just some of the items off the top of my head. Run the diagnostic test, and report back with your findings. Good luck.

You checked fuse #12 right ? Don't be surprised if it's a faulty servo motor itself ( the actual controller under the hood ...). But here's the wiring diagram in case you don't have it.
