Rear passenger side door is not locking/unlocking. Searched on here for awhile. Is the actuator that I need to replace? How hard is it to do?

Mine 03 does the same thing on an irregualr basis. Watch the lock when you actuate the lock/unlock function. Does it move at all. Mine twitches, but does not move full distance. This seems to only happen when the window is up.
I have not popped the door panel off yet, but I suspect it is a linkage problem.
