HELP! 2007 Expy - Where is my reverse switch located?

I have a 2007 SSV Expedition. Like Gold, I have been prospecting for my reverse switch. CoPilot says it's under the hood by the transmission. A post says it's located on the transmission in the doo-hickey which is controlled by the shifter cable. Another says it screws into the transmission!
I'm 75 yrs old, with Stage 4 prostate cancer and bad knees. Crawling around underneath my vehicle is killing me! PLEASE! Tell me where it is (and perhaps what 2 colored wires go to it and save my life! I thank you!

The range sensor is built into the Trans Control Module, which is inside the tranny, but accessible after you take the pan off. It's what the harness is plugged into. Are you getting any DTC codes with your scanner ?

I don't believe I'm getting any codes. Bu8t I don't know for sure. What would that code be? I do have a scanner. I just want my reverse lights to work. The wiring looks good. The lamps are good, but no workie! And, thank you for your comment!
