There seems to be something loose rattling inside the driver's door. When I roll the window down it makes scraping noise too. I guess 7 years of slamming the door has worked something loose.

I tried to remove the door panel with no success. Took out the 3 screws and it still didn't budge. Is there some kind of trick to it?

Post #5 in this <--LINK thread should help. The only thing I would add is that I take off the black panel that surround the door handle, then pull up on the panel that holds the switches and disconnect electrical components, all before taking out any screws.

Once the screws are out, slide the trim up and out. At least that's how I do it.
