Coolant level is low after a month or two below MIN

It could also be from the front crankshaft seal. I had this occur on my '07. The issue had been present since the previous owner. I replaced the seal when I did the timing work on the engine. The leaking seal didn't affect the engine that much however, there was oil loss and a lot of oily dirt clinging to the bottom of the engine.

I don’t see the year but I’m going to assume 3.5 Ecoboost. Look with a black light at each coolant line than runs into each turbo. Very common.
