Rear End Noise when starting off cold

I am getting a vibration and rumbling noise in the rear end of my 2005 Expedition when starting off cold and turning. I found TSB 04-24-20 on line. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Is your rear end a limited slip? if it is a drain and refill with 2 bottles of friction modifier along iwth new synthetic fluid.
