My 2018 went through two sets of shocks under warranty- first pair at 8,000 miles. I just replaced with Bilsteins at 70k for the third time and like the ride much better.

Being a 4wd, it may have needed shocks that early, depending on how it was treated. Did you run a Carfax on it. Sometimes with front end damage, they will replace the shocks early. Some say the factory shocks are junk. I've never had to replace any shocks on my many Ford vehicles, until around 100,000 miles. But I don't abuse my vehicles.They are asking 48k at a dealer.
