Super Duty Springs on a first gen

I have heard it mentioned on here in some posts but wanted to see if I could get any more information on using coil springs from a 07 Super Duty on the rear of a 2001 expedition. What is involved? How is the ride? I don’t mind if it is stiffer. I do use the truck for towing and want it to handle a little more weight. I also have the 1000 series air lift kit for it that I have not installed yet. Looking for opinions.
