I have found some discussion about the USB ports but I still need to ask.
1. I see reference to a fuse or 2 of them? where do I look? Is there a #fuse to look for?
2. The 'blue' light that surrounds them is 'on' but I can't seem to get them to function?
What is baffling is they were working and then all of a sudden they don't? But admittedly I was trying to do a Sync update and maybe that's when they decided to 'quit'? the update never finished so I am assuming the port died while it was trying the update?
I also saw where someone suggested a 'hard reset'? What is that and how might I do that? ......if at all?
