Volume will not adjust and no sound

So just to start I have looked through the other threads and similar issue but definitely not the same. Start by saying I did replace the factory subwoofer and added an amp everything was working fine. I was kind of cleaning up the space where I installed the amp and just straightening out some wires when I got two of the speaker wires crossed meaning positive to negative and negative to positive on the amp. Suddenly the sound went out. And now I can't get any sound and the volume was stuck on 17 wouldn't adjust up or down went through a bunch of resets volume went back to zero but still want to adjust from zero. I've tried lots of resets and things mentioned for other issues but haven't found a solution.

Oh and also I looked in my fan and balance and it was pinned to the back back left which is where the subwoofers located.

I'm sorry for getting a lot of things here it is my first thread I have a 2023 Expedition stealth performance.

Did you do a hard reboot on the radio? I recall it’s depress volume and tune until it reboots, but am not sure.
