Thanks for sharing, was looking at these exact same tires and size for mine. Do you have any more pics at a 3/4 angle or down the side to show how much more they fill the 'tuck' of the stock wheels? Do they get close to rubbing the fender liner anywhere? I have mudflaps on mine so I know I'm definitely closer than stock on the front.

Here ya go. I’ve got about .75-1 inch gap at the closest point. As long as your mudflaps sit fairly flush to the liner I wouldn’t think it’s a problem. This photo is with the tires turned to the closest point.

GPS comparison is the easiest route. Just download a free speedometer app that shows speed down to tenths and use the analog spedo like the directions say.

See 726-12-01 on the BCM tab

Here is the calculation file

I got different outputs on tire size route vs gps and like I said mine is spot on to the gps now going the GPS route. You'll have to do the PCM and TCM relearn afterwards to get the wrench off. Its simple just go back to the part where you pick which module youre going to change and one of the modules should say PCM reset/relearn or something to that effect, click go then do the TCM afterwards. I literally did all of this while sitting waiting in the carpool line before picking up one of the kids today so doesn't take long.

Interesting. Thanks. What year is your EXPY? I have a 20'.....forscan is little different for the 20's.

Hey guys, I’m running a 305/35/24 on a 24x10 with 30mm offset. No rubbing or scrubbing whatsoever. The 305s are 12” wide by 32.4” tall. I’m looking to go with a slightly larger tire - 315/35/24 that would put the tire are 12.4” wide and 32.7” wide. Wondering if anyone has seen this set-up as I can’t find anyone running larger than 305.

I have worked with cars being lowered with wider tires a good porton of my adult driving life, and inevitably one person's version of what constitutes "rubbing" vs another's is as different as opinions.

1. For many, it does "not rub," means driving to the mall in a straight line, vehicle empty.
2. To others, "only when turning."
3. And finally, to the ones who want the vehicle crossed up, max suspension angles, "does it rub?!?"

I'm of the latter mindset.

When someone says "yeah I have these gorilla tires and they don't rub," whether on a forum or at the local mule & fuel meet, not only do you have to figure out which of the three mindsets they are, but what their actual setup is. Raising a vehicle helps, as does pushing the rim offset out a little bit which is where most of the larger, non-factory rim guys find themselve going to get the widest, tallest wheels with their minor lifts to at least get to #2.

It can actually come down to a difference vehicle to vehicle, rim height, and age of suspension components.

I wait here patiently (not) for my Bilstein 5100s so I can try all of this myself...

Good thoughts Dave. The Expo is my wife’s daily driver - kids car seats, bike rack when going for a ride, it’s the ultimate mom mobile. I can’t give her a set up that would be troublesome.

When I say no rubbing or scrubbing, I meat it. Full lock or whatever you want to call it, we have no rubbing at all. Truck is stock suspension and other than a thinner side wall than the factory 22” tire, it basically rides stock.

I truly believe a 315 will fit, just hate to make the mistake and have to send them back or eat the loss. I will not set my wife up with a vehicle that can’t turn or park without rubbing.

Not a 33x12.50 but I wanted this posted because I couldn’t find actual info anywhere. I just got a set of 305/45/22 Toyo AT3’s put on and I have no rubbing while driving. At complete full lock sitting still without letting go of the steering wheel the tire slightly touches the control arm, but I haven’t had it hit it while driving yet. I don’t think you can go any wider on the stock 22.

@Bow512 Now that you have been running these for awhile, could you provide any updates on this? Any rubbing or other issues with the 305/45R22 tire on the stock wheels?
