I’ve been following the cruise control threads and finally fixed mine.
I followed the electrical diagnostics at the 10 pin connector at the servo amplifier. All pins tested out with power or ohms except for pins 5, 6 which were open (not connected). This told me the problem was either in the steering wheel switches or the clock spring or worse the wiring along the way. I followed a YouTube video on how to replace the clock spring. It was reasonably straight forward. The hard wired connector from the clock spring had 3 broken wires. I replaced the clock spring and while I was at it I also replaced the steering wheel cruise control switches.
Problem fixed and my cruise control is now fully operational.
