Mud flaps -- do I really have to pull the wheels to install?

Ford parts. Came today. Fit very nicely on mockup.

I'd hate to make this too much of a project and I don't have a lift.

It depends on how much room you have between the outer tire and the fender. On my Tbird, I got away with it using a socket wrench, a small socket and a Phillips bit. They were screwdown.

The hardest part is getting them level with the ground, IMO.
