Radio fuse popped

03 expedition 4.6 triton.
The radio suddenly turned off while using it. I discovered the fuse was blown so when I replaced. It blew out again. What areas should I look for for any bad connections? Thank you

Do you have The Mach system with subwoofer?
My 02 did same thing, the subwoofer amp had gone bad. When i unpluged the amp it stop blowing the fuse.
On the 02 1st Gen you can pull the third row cup holder on passenger side and reach down in there to unplug. Don't know if the same or not on yours since you have a 03 2nd Gen.

No I longer use the factory Amp. I have a aftermarket stereo.

This used to happen to me quite often. After much trail and error, it seemed to happen when the 12 volt battery was low. I would charge it and it would be fine for a while, replaced the battery - no more issues.
