Rattling sound after engine shutoff.

When I turned the engine off I heard a rattling sound just seconds after. you can barely hear it from the inside. so, you'll hear it much clearer outside on the left side.

Can you better isolate where on the vehicle the sound is coming from? Maybe get a friend to turn it off and on while you're looking under the hood ...? Under the valve cover, a pulley or tensioner, or a racoon maybe?

sorry for the late reply, I found where the noise was coming from which was on the valve cover on the passenger side.

It's running smooth. No rough idling. Although I do hear a clicking sound buts at the frontof the engine
