05 Expedition Oil Leak - Rear Diff
SAme rear diff seal bad I replaced the seal in mine 2 times. I have a 99 expy. not that hard to do if you get the correct tools. do not know why they go bad. Dealer said it is common problem. good luck- fordfarm

HELP! Exhaust Manifold Replacement Needed
I have a 1999 Expy w/5.4 and the passenger side exhaust manifold is leaking. The manifold studs are rusted nubs and can hardly make out the nuts from the rust. Has anyone here replaced a manifold like this? If the studs break off, will there be enough behind the manifold to get the remaining...- fordfarm

Knocking Noise?
I have a 1999 Expy EB w/5.4 and for past 4 years have had a clicking sound right after cold startup. Noise would go away about 60 seconds later. For ablut the past year the noise does not go away until under power on the road? Any ideas what this could be? Tappet/Rocker arm? Thanks truck runs...- fordfarm

Knocking noise?
