No, that I have a daily driver for the farm and drive an Expedition about 15% of the time and my wife driving it the other part of the time. And even then not 100% as we have another car.
I have the same issue and assure you it is not OE! Ford dealer only had 3 rotors in stock and I needed the vehicle the next day so I had them turned. Same price as new ones BTW. They were warped as I observed them turning them. It might be pad/rotor combination as well as having the impact gun...
Because your vehicle is still running! Sorry, had 2 Suburbans and neither one made it past 72K miles. My 13 Expy, knocking on wood, is at 70K now with no mechanical issues other than warping rotors.
The brake rotors on my 13 EL are warped beyond belief. It literally is hard to hold the steering wheel it shakes so hard when stopping from highway speed. The pedal pulse is strong. Had all rotors turned a few months ago and one week later it started and now is horrendous.
