Cooling fan speed on 2022

Good even all...I'm noticing that my 2022 xlt seems to have the engine cooling fans running on high all the time. From the moment it's started in the morning, the fans come on high and stay on high. I know the 18-21s has the thermostat issue but this is different because it never cycles up and down at all.like our 19 did when I felt like it was having this issue. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you checked the engine coolant level?

Asked dealer to fully check at first service for this new to me Expy...
Foolish to assume it's good but I'll check out
