If I did it over again I would leave them off. Only because I know how to weld and it cost me nothing extra I may have run a bead down the winch bracket instead of buying those flimsy ford brackets. Again these bumpers are so well built it’s not needed.

You don’t really need them. You still end up with twice as many through frame mounting locations as needed.
