Rear seat cover recommendations?

Anyone have a recommendation for a 2nd row seat cover that covers each of the 3 seats (bench) individually? Ideally would offer protection on the back as well, when they are folded down.

Did you find a solution to the rear seat covers for the 3 seats? I am looking for 2nd and 3rd row would also like them to cover the seat backs, because after all this is my dogs ride. LOL
