Check the owners Manuel for the list of fuses, it gives you the fuse number, amperage, and what circuit it protects. You should be able to find the steering wheel circuit; check that fuse.
There are two fuse boxes, one in the engine compartment and another in the passenger compartment (foot panel below the glove box).
