2017 Expedition EL. When traveling 4-7 mph I notice a pulsating vibration in steering wheel and also hear it. Sound and feels like knobby tires but the vibration os cyclic and gets faster as you accelerate from 4 mph and if coasting to a stop from 7 mph it gets slower as you approach 4mph. By cyclic, I mean the vibration is there, then gone, then there, then gone and gets faster when accelerating and slower when coming to a stop. 110,000 miles. Dealer has no clue, and blames the tires for the noise. Anyone experience this?
