Hello my 2006 expedition has a wobble from front left wheel. It started yesterday when I was getting on highway so I got off drove on street and no wobble. This morning on highway around 70 mph i felt the wobble after a small dip on highway. It felt like it was loose the steering wheel felt normal. At regular speeds it feels fine it does pull slightly to left. Later this morning as I was accelerating on an uneven road it did it again at a speed of maybe 30mph. The tire itself looks fine no bumps in it. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance

Take it to an alignment shop and let them look it over. If you're not the original owner and don't know the maintenance history of the Expy, I'm guessing inner and outer tie rod ends and / or lower ball joints. But a shop can tell you for sure. If you've got oversize tires on it, those parts will wear out even faster.

Man … It turned out to be a loose tie rod bolt ! It was loosening i don’t know why! Had a mechanic come out change the lower ball joints and tighten that tie rod . Hopefully doesn’t loosen again. Any idea as to why it would loosen ?

The reasons why a tie rod end nut would come loose that I can think of:
Castle nut with no cotter pin.
Nylock nut with old nylon that no longer holds.
Lack of thread locker on previously used nut.

That nut gets tightened pretty good(111ft lb).

Now if you're referring to the tie rod jam nut that locks the inner and outer tie rods to set the toe I'm not sure. Maybe someone put some lubricant on there. I usually struggle to get that nut loose on the Expedition always seems to have a slight bit of rust that locks it in. I guess if it wasn't tightened properly(76ft lb) maybe it could vibrate loose.
