In order to test the throttle position sensor you'll need to be able to read data streams. Otherwise just swap it out.
I'm not sure on the cats. Both getting plugged up at the same time seems suspect to me.

I would try to reset the TPS see attached link. If that doesn’t work, I’d replace the TPS and continue from there. The cat codes could be a symptom of poor throttling / idling. Good luck
