Good point on the programmer.

Do you recall which magnaflow muffler you got? That sounds like what I am looking for =)

My part no. for the muffler was #12578. What we did was make a ss coupler coming out of the cat, into the new ss muffler, trim the existing factory tail pipe, and weld on a new ss tip. My Expy only had 200 mi on it when i did my version of the "cat back" exhaust. I couldn't see throwing away some of the parts, so i just reused them. Here's my frutile attempt of a video...

After looking at pics of my old f150 with stock wheels and 285/70/17 I have decided to stick with stock wheels. I like the suttle look. I am considering the new BFG Rugged Terrian.

Since I am only going with 285/70/17 would you guys just do a daystar leveling kit. Keeps less wheel gap with the 285/70/17 plus it may make the wife happier.

Has anyone ever used the ebay special lift kits? Im always worried about getting one of those kits. I have been leaning toward the daystar kit for a while now. The truxx kit is a little more out of my price range.

I've had my old 33's from my Screw on my Expy without any lift. The back wasn't an issue, I just had to be very careful how far I turned the wheel.
A simple 2in leveling kit is more than enough for the 285's. Personally, I like the "bigger is better" mentality, but you have to keep the Mrs happy!

Sounds great! I may just do the same if my stock piping looks good.
