so yeah my rims are starting to get pitted n looking like crap but it is winter in NY so this spring i was thinking about painting my rims (either at body shop, or duplicolor rim paint) or just cough up more money I shouldnt be spending and buy new rims or powder coat rims..... so question is anyone ever paint rims? pros-cons

Wish I had some pics. I painted the aluminum rims on my Dakota with Flat Black Krylon and they turned out great. They looked almost like the Teflon black.

scuff them and hit them with a rattle can, then clear coat the hell out of them, spend to much money on getting them powder coated, ill never see you out on the trails, you wont want to scratch them, lol
