Water in Spark plug hole?

Ive been dealing with this for a while, when it rains water gets in spark plug well#3 and #4. I usually have to remove coil and dry it out because it starta missfiring . What can I do has anyone had this issue ?

You're sure it's water and not coolant ? Those heater hoses are a common leak point. Just asking. Otherwise if it is just rain water, I would inspect that cowling gasket for tears over that area. That's the only way water can get up on top of the motor.
