Blend door actuators...

Hello all.

how many actuators are there in my expy? i heard 3 of them. I hear a clicking sound somewhere by the steering wheel after changing the blower motor harness. 2013 expy el 4x4

on that note after replacing the harnes the ac still goes off sometimes. i have to wiggle the harness and it comes back why? its brand new not even 3 months ago it was changed.

There are 5 I believe. 3 up front, two in the back. Of the 3 up front, two are relatively easy, 1 an absolute nightmare.

Easiest to check first is the one up under the dash by the brake pedals. I just did that job a week ago. This video will help and you can at least see in the video where the actuator is and hold you hand on it and test to see if you can feel it clicking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MSpO0AkZIk
