Ford accessories website

Last week I ordered a skid plate for my 2022 Timberline from the Ford accessories website. Over on Reddit someone suggested that there may be issues with ordering from there related to the CDK cyber attack. Does anyone have any insight as to how long it normally takes items to ship when they are ordered from here? When I checked my order status online it just says "released".

I chatted with them this morning, and they would not make any kind of statement about CDK other than the fact that there is a cyber attack ongoing and it has affected some Ford and Lincoln stores. They said that my part is not backordered but it is still showing as processing in warehouse, whatever that means. He did say that someone would reach out to me in 3 to 5 days, but was unable to help other than that.
