Popping and then clicking

Hello everyone,

This morning I started my expy and heard a loud pop and then heard clicking noise coming from the engine. Also, smelled like burnt smell.
I turned of the engine as soon as I heard that sound

I did have the spark plugs and solenoids changed out like a month ago. Any suggestions what could of happened? I didn't have a chance to look at it yet. As I was heading to work.

The triton engines are famous for blowing out spark plugs right after tune ups because the mechanics don't tighten them properly. Usually the cylinders in the back (4,3,8,7) next to the firewall because the mechanic is lazy and they are hard to get to.

Thanks I'll check out that video out.
I did call my mechanic and he'll be out today to check it out. Hopefully he can fix it today

I suggest that all the spark plugs be checked that they are tightened to the spec in the video.
To stop it from happening again.
