There’s a good amount of room to run wiring in the engine bay and around hood hinges. Also the firewall plug and area under driver dash also has space in the kick panel to hide the remote/strobe modules and run manual switches. See pics below of how I ran and fastened the wiring.

Pro tip: [emoji16]

When routing the wiring unbolt (circled in red) this panel and slide wiring under it for a cleaner look and to keep it out of the way from being pinched under hood. You can also route the positive circle connector for the battery under the red corrosion cover for a cleaner look.

Also have these fasteners on hand, as you will most certainly break 1 of 3 that need to be removed from the windshield cowl for light C- mount install.

excellent! Looks like you used the ‘contracting’ loom cover. Hadn’t thought of using some of that (I have some split wrap plastic).

Yes that’s correct; offers similar protection and more flexibility, tighter wrapping, and space saving.

Was the harness for the A-pillar lights as good as the bumper bar?

Picked up some F150 Platinum Wheels/ OEM Hankook ATM for a winter set and finally got around to putting them on. Also installed 5mm hubcentric spacer on the front and 10mm hubcentric/wheelcentric spacer on the rear to even up the 10mm track difference that the expedition has and to alleviate issues with clearance of F150 center caps. My wife isn't sure on the 20" look yet but the tires will perform on snow much better than the factory 22" rubber and I have many more choices for winter rubber moving forward.

Nothing big but you guys finally talked me into blacking out the C-Pillars. Couple things from my experience.

First, I tried to use the 3M cutting tape in places, I just didn't want a blade against my paint as much as possible. The tape worked for the most part but it's definitely harder than the pros make it look. But where it worked, it was nice.

Second, I used the 3M 2080 series as it seems to be the best on the market, I like that it has both a backing and a protective liner, makes it easier to squeegee out the bubbles. but one thing I noticed was that this stuff scuffs/scratches super easy. After applying it, I wiped it down with a freshly washed microfiber cloth and it still scuffed a bit. That will take some getting used to.

Definitely didn't do a perfect job but given it's be 15 years since I did any tinting and clear bra, it went okay.
