Where did you get the material for the cover?

Messing around with some custom wheel well covers.

Because of the lift, the factory ones don’t quite cover up the shock components and conceal the opening going up onto the engine.

I went with the AC200P. Yes it’s just a big battery (2000wh lifePo4). With a 2000 watt inverter and a bunch of ports. It’s also has a MPPT solar charge controller. With 700 watt’s of solar input it can be charged to 100% in 4 hours. I put a 110 w panel on my roof rack and have a folding 110 w panel I will put on my windshield when we are at the lake, dunes or car camping. With good sun it should easily put back what we use. Last year I dumped the olds school coolers for 12v refrigerators. I will never go back to ice. With out recharging it it will run 1-12v fridge for 60 plus hours. Not sure it would run a camp trailer A/C for very long. I have seen a few people use them for the little egg looking trailers and love them. I vacuumed the entire house with it yesterday and it took it from 100% to 96%. So I think basic short camping trips it will be awesome.

@Fozzy your solar putting out more than 35v? It looked like the AC200 required at least 35v input to charge.

It takes 2 panels to charge it. I have one mounted on the roof rack and a fold out one I use when parked. It’s pretty slow, but I don’t intend on charging it on our short trips. The single panel will easily charge the fridge battery even in low light days and run the cooler at the same time. I am looking at smaller solar generators that will stay in the Expy all the time that can be charged by the single roof panel.

Curbed my new front passenger wheel.

Some a$$hat pulled out hot and merged into my lane. I swerved and hit the front wheel at about 25 mph. Also, alignment is off. Steering wheel is now tilted to drive straight. Grrrrr!!!!

Too sick to my stomach to take a pic.

The li-on wasn't doing it for ya? What size is that?

I am putting it in my Superduty. It still has been awesome. The new one is a 75. It has two separate bins so we can have a freezer and fridge. It’s not as tall as the Lion so the lids are easier to open. Fits with the rear seats up and can be accessed through the rear window.
